2008 Wage & Benefit Survey for Calendar Year 2007

Thanks goes out to all who have participated in this year’s survey! We are currently not accepting any more surveys and are tabulating the results as we speak! Participants receive the results free of charge – a $1600 value – and will receive them this summer. Contact staff if you have any questions on the survey results timeframe.

The purpose of WTCA’s Wage and Benefit Survey is to provide a means for collecting information that, when compiled, will assist WTCA members in making personnel decisions by comparing their relative performance to industry norms as they relate to job descriptions, wage averages, and benefits.

The purpose of the Financial Performance Survey (FPS) is that it collects data on WTCA Component Manufacturer Regular Members' financial health, providing a valuable tool to analyze where your company currently stands and plan for future growth. The most recent Financial Performance Survey was conducted in 2007 for fiscal year 2006. The next survey will be conducted in 2009 for fiscal year 2008.
