Do CMs Need Professional Liability Insurance?

Do your current insurance policies cover everything you do under your current business model?

SBCA is committed to providing component manufacturers (CMs) greater insurance management assistance so that each member has the right insurance coverage to protect all areas of the business. To that end, SBCA Legal Counsel Kent Pagel will host the next online SBCA Workshop to address the following questions:

  • What is Professional Liability insurance and what does it cover?
  • Why are builders and contractors asking CMs to provide Professional Liability Insurance coverage on their sale of components?
  • Do CMs carry Professional Liability Insurance and if not, should they?
  • How should CMs respond to customer requests that they provide Professional Liability Insurance coverage?

Email tkutz@qualtim.com to register today, and don’t miss this opportunity to learn how to successfully navigate the topic of Professional Liability Insurance!
