Luis Arrarte is the HR Director at A-1 Roof Trusses in Fort Pierce, Florida. With more than a decade of successful staffing experience, Luis has been instrumental in managing 30 percent year-over-year growth at A-1 since he joined the components industry almost four years ago. He speaks passionately about how understanding human needs can transform a company’s hiring and retention outcomes and build a healthy culture of engagement and growth. 

Established in 1977, part of A-1’s mission is to “champion an environment of teamwork.” As they celebrate 41 years in business, the “Truss Life” theme was launched at the beginning of this year as a way of introducing A-1 employees to the thinking behind this new initiative for fostering increased engagement and healthy dialogue in their operations.
