SBCA Webinar: Having Crucial Conversations to Foster Success (Truss Life - Part 3)

SBCA Webinar: Having Crucial Conversations to Foster Success (Truss Life - Part 3)

Date: Tue, Jul 31 2018 1:00pm to 2:00pm (CDT)

If the stakes are high, opinions vary and emotions run strong, a crucial conversation is underway. How these conversations are handled can do more to shape your company’s culture than anything else. This webinar will examine the art of dialogue and how different styles can either kill or kindle the kind of safe, effective communication that leads to smart decisions and best practices. REGISTER

Speaker:
Luis Arrarte
is the HR Director at A-1 Roof Trusses in Fort Pierce, Florida. With more than a decade of successful staffing experience, Luis has been instrumental in managing 30 percent year-over-year growth at A-1 since he joined the components industry almost four years ago. He speaks passionately about how understanding human needs can transform a company’s hiring and retention outcomes and build a healthy culture of engagement and growth.

Established in 1977, part of A-1’s mission is to “champion an environment of teamwork.” As they celebrate 41 years in business, the “Truss Life” theme was launched at the beginning of this year as a way of introducing A-1 employees to the thinking behind this new initiative for fostering increased engagement and healthy dialogue in their operations.
