The SBCA In-Plant Wood Truss QC program helps manufacturers monitor the quality of trusses they manufacture and provides the plant with a data management system. The program consists of inspecting trusses and entering the data into the software program, allowing you to store data and create reports to assess plant quality. This program also offers an official SBCA In-Plant Wood Truss QC 100% voluntary certification.

Wood Wall Panel QC
Find out how this program gets you closer to SCORE! The SBCA Wall Panel QC program helps manufacturers monitor the quality of wall panels they manufacture and provides the plant with a data management system. The program consists of inspecting wall panels and entering the data into the software program, allowing you to store data and create reports to assess plant quality. This program also offers an official SBCA Wall Panel QC 100% voluntary certification.

Steel Truss QC
SBCA’s Cold-Formed Steel Council (CFSC) provides supporting documentation relating to Cold-formed steel (CFS) truss quality control.
These are the items included in a steel truss QC inspections review:
- Member types and thicknesses
- Truss dimensions including span, height, right and left heels
- Total fastener count
- Joint and connections including number and size of fasteners, spacing and location of fasteners, number of fasteners with exposed threads and stripped threads, and a variety of types of gaps depending on the joint type

This program helps manufacturers monitor the quality of the wall panels they manufacture and provides the plant with a data management system. The program consists of inspecting wall panels and entering data into the software program, allowing you to store data and create reports to assess plant quality.
