Greg Griggs is senior vice president of manufacturing at Builders FirstSource. He has over 35 years of experience in the industry in production, design, operations, management and leadership. Prior to becoming president of SBCA, Greg served the association in a variety of capacities including Marketing Committee chair and BCMC chair.

SBCA president Greg Griggs will address the value proposition involved in attending Open Quarterly Meetings (OQM) in the context of the association's most recent meeting in Fort Worth, Texas. Greg will be joined by Larry Dix of Apex Truss who will share his perspectives on why he believes it's important to be involved with SBCA on this level and the value he has gained from attending OQMs as a smaller, family-owned manufacturer based in Warsaw, Virginia.

Larry Dix got involved in the truss industry in 1986 and started Apex Truss in 2000. He is a passionate industry advocate and serves on SBCA’s board of directors.
