The construction industry is already seeing disputes over payment to component manufacturers and framing subcontractors directly resulting from shuttered or delayed projects resulting from COVID-19.  Future disputes are highly likely and should be anticipated.  And with many projecting a recession for the overall economy and the construction sector in particular, cash flow and ultimately getting paid will become a high priority for component manufacturers and framing subcontractors.  Amidst this uncertainty, making sure you are doing everything possible to maintain cash flow and fully get paid is the subject matter of this webinar.
